The Lovebox Community And How It All Started
It all started back in 2015 when our French founder, Jean, left for MIT in Boston to research robotics while his fiancee Melodie stayed in France. He wanted to find a way to send not only messages, but his love regardless of the distance. That's how Lovebox was born, built in a makerspace in France. Today, more than 350,000 people have joined our community.

Where do you deliver?+
We deliver worldwide from our warehouse in California for North America and from our warehouse in Paris for all other destinations.
Shipping to the US or Canada? Continue in our North America storeIs shipping free?+
Economy shipping is free to US destinations when ordering from our North America store, and to European destinations when ordering from our global or French stores. Shipping to Canada and destinations outside those zones, as well as faster delivery options, is priced at checkout.
Do Lovebox and KEEP use the same app?+
No. Lovebox and KEEP each have their own free app and work independently. We chose to build a focused, intuitive experience for each product rather than combine everything into one overly complex app.
Can I personalize my gift?+
KEEP engraving is available during pre-orders in this store. You can also customize a Lovebox with a different Spinny heart or a Surprise Lid.
Can several people send messages?+
Yes. Family and friends can be invited through the companion app. KEEP also supports groups, so one message can be shared across everyone’s keychain at the same time for a genuine sense of belonging.
Will it work with the recipient’s phone?+
Lovebox supports current iOS and Android devices. KEEP requires an NFC-capable phone. The only way to confirm compatibility with certainty is to check that you can download KEEP on the App Store or KEEP on Google Play.
When will my order arrive?+
Available delivery services depend on the destination and can include economy, expedited, and overnight shipping. The precise estimate and price appear at checkout. KEEP is currently available for pre-order and is scheduled to ship in early October.
